Returning an item

If you are not completely satisfied with any items you have purchased from Harrogate Lighting Ltd you may return them to us. You have 30 days from the date on which you received the goods to return them for a full refund.

You don’t need to contact us before you return a product, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Complete our Returns Form which you can find here. Please print this form and filled in the details, including the reason why you would like to return the item.
  2. Repackage your items. Please note all products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging complete with all labels. We reserve the right to reject any returns that are returned in an unsaleable condition or have been used.
  3. Return the item to us via your preferred method. Our returns address is 17 Norfolk Road, Harrogate,  HG2 8DA. Alternatively you can find our Returns Label here for you to print and affix to the package. All returns are made at your own expense.

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received by us. The returned product will be inspected on receipt and we will issue a refund less the original delivery charge if applicable. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Harrogate Lighting reserves the right not to refund the item and to arrange for the item to be sent back to you at your expense.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty or has been damaged you should contact us on 07889 726200 or 07734 165034‬. We will require your order number, the product code and details of the fault or damage, We may also ask for images of the fault or damage. In most cases we will reserve our right to replace a faulty item opposed to refunding and we would not be able to accept the item as faulty or damaged until it has been assessed by a member of our team.
